Dishonest?!? An HOA dishonest and uncompassionate? NEVER. I'm not sure about calling them on it, at this point. I'm just so done with them. I am saving this info for when we try to dis-band the HOA. We'll have to wait and see.

Ya, I know about the submit image. It has been missing from this WP template for several versions now. Not too worried right now as I am currently looking for a new layout. But thanks.

Wow, that's extremely dishonest of them. Have you pointed this out or just not going to bother?

Wow2 - You have a Website. I did not know this. Cool

Uh-oh1 - your submit image is broken. However submit comment still works. (I think it will)

I wish I knew. Back in a couple of updates ago (in May or June), the submit button just disappeared. I haven't looked for it in a different folder on my site. For the mobile one, it is all part of that theme.

I notice at the bottom of your post in the WordPress Mobile theme, there is a flying bird tweet icon. I don't see that icon at the bottom of mine. Yet in the standard theme I have the Share This buttons and you don't. Are you as confused as I am or can you enlighten me? :-)

Starbucks really does get a bad rap.

My wife is a Starbucks employee, and I know of no other place in Canada where you can get full medical and dental benefits when you work part-time (20 hrs per week). As a matter of fact, my full-time job at a small local business doesn't offer employees benefits at all.

Starbucks also encourages and financailly supports charitable events in the community. Truth be told, they do more for the community than most smaller businesses - from supporting local events, to book drives to promote literacy.

I'll only buy my coffee from Starbucks - not only because they treat their employees well (although the hours can suck), but because they support the local community by encouraging charitable work and giving, and the global community as well by building schools and getting clean water to villages.

Just FYI, I DON"T work for Starbucks... but I'm certainly a loyal customer.

Nice summary of all the major location-based apps.

I use Foursquare primarily. I will also occasionally use GoWalla & BrightKite, but mainly through check.in nowadays (without the full experience). I've only used Whrrrl through Check. In, so I found your blurb on that service interesting.

I can't use the Yelp check in features as they support it on iPhone only (lame) and I'm an Android user.

Thx for the shoutout & linkage!
